Experimental kneader
Kneader is widely used in mixing, kneading, crushing, stirring and re polymerization of high viscosity and high elastic plastic materials. Kneading machine has the advantages of uniform agitation, no dead angle and high kneading efficiency.
Applications: sealant, silicone rubber, glass glue, silica gel, silicone gasket, rubber, modified starch, chewing gum, bubble gum, paper pulp, cellulose, batteries, ink, pigments, dyes, pharmaceuticals, plastics, rubber, resin, cosmetics, CMC, adhesives and other industries. Structure:
1. kneading machine by a pair of coordinated and rotating blades (usually Z shape) produced by strong shear, extrusion, stirring, so that the viscous material quickly mixing evenly.
2. kneading machine can be made into ordinary type, pressure type, vacuum type and high temperature type.
3. according to the material can be divided into carbon steel kneader, stainless steel kneader and special material kneading machine.
4. the temperature regulation adopts steam, oil high temperature heating, water cooling and other methods.
5. discharging methods are hydraulic, tilting cylinder dumping, ball valve discharging, screw extrusion, hydraulic tipping, discharging, etc.. The temperature, time, viscosity and other related data can be controlled and recorded in real time by PLC.
6. kneading machine is mainly composed of kneading parts, frame parts, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electronic control system, such as six parts. Kneading part consists of cylinder block, pulp shaft, wallboard, cylinder head and so on. The hydraulic system is operated by a hydraulic station to control two small oil cylinders and two large oil cylinders to complete the function of opening and closing the big cover and flipping the mixing cylinder. The system design pressure is 7.0Mpa. Electronic control system has manual, automatic electronic control system, by the user any choice and requirements, easy to operate, reliable. The transmission system is composed of motor, reducer and gear, and the motor is matched according to the kneading machine type. In the transmission process, the motor can be synchronized speed, through the elastic coupling to the reducer, the transmission device to drive the pulp, so that it reaches the required speed, but also by the frequency converter for speed regulation.
